Q: What is a subscription system and how does it work on the Pet Parlour?
A: Our subscription system allows you to sign up for recurring deliveries of your favourite pet food and accessories at a set frequency, such as every two weeks or once a month. When you add a product to your cart, you can choose the subscription option and select the frequency of delivery and duration of the subscription. The system will automatically charge your payment method at each delivery interval and generate an order for the product to be shipped. Please use Stripe, PayPal is unreliable.
Q: How do I create an account on your pet food and accessories ecommerce website?
A: To create an account on our website, click on the “My Account” link in the top navigation menu and then click on “Register”. You will be asked to provide your name, email address, and create a password. Please remember your password, this is important for you, and saves you having to reset your password every time you want to use your account.
Q: What are the benefits of creating an account on your website?
A: Firstly to use our subscription service you need to set up or already have an account. Creating an account on our website allows you to save your billing and shipping information for faster checkout, view your order history, and manage your subscriptions.
Q: How do I manage my subscriptions through my account page?
A: To manage your subscriptions, log in to your account on our website here and click on the “Subscriptions” tab on the left hand side. From there, you can view your active subscriptions and make changes to the frequency, next delivery date, and payment information. You can also pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
Q: Can I add or remove products from my subscription?
A: Yes, you can add or remove products from your subscription by going to the “Subscriptions” page in your account and clicking on “Upgrade or Downgrade”. From there, you can add or remove products from your subscription and make any necessary changes to the delivery frequency or payment information.
Q: How do I update my payment information?
A: To update your payment information for your subscription, go to the “Subscriptions” page in your account and click on “Change Payment”. From there, you can add a new payment method or update an existing one.
Q: Can I pause or delay my subscription or renew immediately?
A: Yes, you can skip a delivery or change the delivery date for your subscription by going to the “Subscriptions” page in your account and clicking on “Auto Renew” or the button “Renew Now”. From there, you can pause or speed up the process.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: To cancel your subscription, go to the “Subscriptions” page in your account and click on “Cancel” next to the subscription you wish to cancel. Please note that cancelling a subscription will stop all future deliveries, but will not affect any pending orders or previous deliveries.
Q: Can I reactivate a cancelled subscription?
A: Yes, you can reactivate a cancelled subscription by going to the “Subscriptions” page in your account and clicking on “Reactivate” next to the subscription you wish to reactivate.
Q: Can I see my subscription history?
A: Yes, you can view your subscription history by going to the “Subscriptions” page in your account”. From there, you can see a list of all orders related to your subscription.
